This Shipping Policy applies to orders delivered to destinations within the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing

All orders are reviewed and processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. We reserve the right to delay processing for verification, security, or inventory reasons.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • United States: Standard delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
  • European Union & United Kingdom: Standard delivery: 7–15 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, weather, carrier delays, or local holidays.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, order weight, and selected shipping method. All fees are clearly displayed before you confirm payment.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently deliver only to physical addresses within the EU, UK, and US. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or forwarding services unless explicitly permitted.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You may use this number to monitor delivery status through the carrier’s website.

6. Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of damage to your order transfer to you once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier.

7. Undeliverable & Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or non‑collection, we will issue a refund for the order value minus original shipping and any related fees.

8. Customs & Import Duties

For cross-border orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not control and cannot predict these charges.
